How to Use:

1. Unscrew the two large screws at the bottom to open the clamp jaws.
2. Place the two ends of the belt to be joined into the clamp, then tighten the four middle screws to secure the belt ends firmly. (Note: Ensure the two ends of the belt are aligned properly).
3. Place the clamp with the secured belt ends into the gap between the pre-heated heating plates.
4. Grip the clamp handles firmly and heat for approximately 30 seconds, until the belt ends melt into a plasticized/pasty state.
5. Remove the clamp from the heating plates (Note: Keep the handles gripped tightly at this stage).
6. Then, tighten the screw on the left side of the clamp to lock it in the closed position.
7. Allow the spliced joint to cool for about 5 minutes.
8. Then, loosen the screws mentioned earlier, open the clamp jaws, and remove the now spliced belt.
9. Let the belt rest for another 5 minutes.
10. Trim the cooled belt joint neatly with scissors to finish the process.

Suitable for splicing polyester belt diameters: 8mm - 22mm. To splice larger belts, replace the screws with longer ones accordingly.
