At Deals Gateway, we are committed to delivering quality products and excellent service. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must provide valid proof of purchase.
  • The item must be in unused, resellable condition.
  • It must include the original packaging, along with all accessories and manuals.

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" at checkout

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide photos or videos showing the issue for review.
  • Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

In such cases, Deals Gateway will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 2–6 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
